CATCA and Nav Canada have been having ongoing discussions regarding ways to ensure more reliable and predictable service delivery. A number of the ideas potentially impact our terms of employment. For this reason, the Executive Board has determined that a Special General Meeting (SGM) is required to give members the opportunity to be heard on this matter. The SGM will be held in conjunction with the CATCA Council meeting on January 8–9, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the CATCA By-Laws (SECTION II: UNION BY-LAWS; Sub-section 14.9 to 14.11)
