Renewal of Aviation Document Booklets

To ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations, all air traffic controllers are being asked to check their Aviation Document Booklet expiration dates. You should aim to submit your renewal no later than 90 days before the current expiry to ensure time for processing. Please click here for instructions on renewing the Aviation Document Booklet.

If your aviation document was valid on April 1, 2023, submit your application for renewal following the normal timelines. If the new booklet is not received before your booklet expires, you may continue to exercise the privileges of your license with an expired ADB until August 31, 2024.
