Cyclical Review of the Allowances Programs
This is a general call for Allowances Programs input for the next cyclical review which will begin in June 2026.
Included in the review of the Allowance Programs will be:
- Travel
- Relocation
- Isolated Post
- Living Accommodation Charges
- Commuting Assistance
- Bilingualism Bonus
- The MOU regarding Definition of Spouse
Input must be received by the NAV Canada Bargaining Agents Association (NCBAA) so that it may be considered by the Committee during their review process. Information offered after the submission deadline will not be considered by the Committee during the review.
This year, proposals will be submitted using an online form and can only be submitted by an authorized Branch Executive. Only Branch Executive email addresses will be able to log in and submit proposals.

All proposals must be received no later than May 1, 2026.
