Convention details including information on the agenda, companion program, transportation to/from the Delta Hotel St. John’s, and much more can be found on the Convention website.
Everyone planning to attend Convention must complete the online Convention registration form. As hotel rooms are in high demand, we cannot guarantee a room if the registration deadline is missed. Registration closes March 31, 2025 at 11:59pm ET.
Delegates
- National Office will book your travel and hotel reservations, with CATCA paying half of the standard room rate for each Delegate
- If you do not share a room, you are responsible for paying the other half
- Delegates do not need to send an e-transfer for registration fees, as it will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Member Observers
- National Office will reserve your hotel room
- You are responsible for your room costs

Companion Payments
- Members are responsible for any companion travel arrangements. Combined flight bookings can be made through Maritime Travel if you want to be on the same itinerary, and reimbursement for the companion’s fare is to be made to National Office via e-transfer to finance@catca.ca.
- Companion program fees can be submitted to the Organizing Committee via e-transfer to ncjc1970@gmail.com.
We appreciate you submitting your online registration ASAP as it also helps the Organizing Committee plan the transportation schedule to/from the hotel according to your arrival and departure times from St. John’s Airport.
