CATCA established a Women’s Committee during Convention 2019 to give the women members of CATCA the opportunity and place to mentor, support and inspire each other. The Committee encourages women to participate in union business and supports measurable, sustainable, and positive change in the status of women within CATCA and NAV Canada.
Benoit Vachon, RVP St. Laurent, will be the Executive Board liaison.
