The 9-day implementation window of these changes has caught many organizations off-guard. For our members, some of the new legislation affects overtime, hours of work and rest, and paid and unpaid leaves.
CATCA has scheduled a meeting with NAV Canada for September 12, 2019, in an attempt to clarify and agree on several changes that may affect our members and our Collective Agreement. We will advise members of the results of the meeting.
