We are writing to inform members that the most recent iteration of our website will go live on the evening of April 29th. During this time the website will not be accessible for a couple of hours. The changes made were based on member feedback as well as identifying key problem areas that impacted usability.
Your feedback has been instrumental in implementing these updates for a better user experience. We’ve listened to your suggestions, concerns, and ideas, and have incorporated them into our website update as follows:
- Streamlined Navigation: Your requests for simplified navigation have not gone unnoticed. We’ve carefully restructured our website’s layout to ensure that finding what you need is now easier and more intuitive.
- Improved Performance: Your feedback on speed and responsiveness has led us to optimize our website’s performance. We have made modifications to some of our plugins for fast browsing across all devices.
- Rich Content Experience: Our future plans have inspired us to expand our content hub. We want members to be able to explore a wealth of insightful articles, thought-provoking resources, and engaging multimedia—all designed to inform and inspire. More to come on that shortly.
As we implement these upgrades, there will be a temporary disruption to the CATCA Mobile app. We also advise members to clear their browser cache as this may sometimes lead to a delay in accessing the revised website.
Your patience, input, and support have been instrumental in shaping this transformation, and we want to take the time to thank you. As always, we welcome further input and recommendations to achieve a valuable and improved experience for our members.
