Please be advised that the nomination period for the four CATCA Board of Trustees positions, as determined by the Policy Amendment adopted during Convention 2022 in Quebec City, will open on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 12:00 EDT and will close on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 20:00 NDT (local time).

Nominations must be accompanied by the signatures of 10 active members of the Association.

With this being the first time in which the Board of Trustees will be elected, there was no specific Policy in place to determine the process. Therefore, the Elections Committee was tasked with producing procedures for the Board of Trustees elections. These procedures can be found here, and will be in place for this election only. Once the proposed Policy Amendment is presented for debate at Convention 2025, the adopted Policy will then be used for any subsequent Board of Trustees elections.
Electronic voting for the positions will commence at the opening of business on day 2 of Convention and will close at 10:00 NDT (local time) on the last day of Convention. Results will be announced by 1300 NDT (local time) on the last day of Convention.
