Bargaining Bulletin No. 9

Executive Meets NAV Canada
The Executive and CAW met with the core group of the NAV Canada Bargaining team today to review and clarify our last proposal.
Our meeting indicated that there were positive developments towards an agreement and therefore we have agreed to meet again on April 28th with this smaller group and to bring together our complete contract committee on May the 2nd to consider any NAV Canada counter proposals and discuss our next steps.
We will be communicating with you as soon as our committee has reached a conclusion.
