In March of 2017, Gord Howe was appointed to the position of CATCA Classification Analyst by CATCA’s Executive Board. The appointment was for a 2-year period and is due for renewal.
Proposals have been received for the upcoming Convention that could change the direction of the classification process. As a result, the Board has decided to renew Mr. Howe’s appointment only until the end of 2019 at this time.
This appointment aligns the Classification Analyst position with other appointments made by the Executive Board (Elections Committee, Board of Trustees, OSH etc.) which are all due at the end of 2019.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Howe for the work he continues to do on classification.
