Registration
- Convention registration is now closed
- Hotel rooms will be assigned to registered guests and you will receive a confirmation number. Any further room requests will be accommodated at The Delta Hotel, or at offsite hotels if the room allotment is full.
Transportation to Delta Hotel St. John’s
- The Organizing Committee will post the shuttle bus schedule between the airport and hotel on the Convention website by the end of April. If arriving prior to June 1, 2025, you will have to arrange your transportation to the hotel at your own expense.
Important Notes (More information available on the Convention Website)
- All registered members will receive a ¼ zip pullover from the Organizing Committee (OC), so visit the OC Merchandise Store to select your size, colour, and if requesting Male/Female. Only select sizes and colours available indicated by the pictures provided on the store’s page (For all products). Orders are accepted until 12pm NDT on April 18, 2025.
- Companion Program registration and payment required by 12pm NDT April 11, 2025
- June 1, 2025, Screech-In ceremony registration required by 12pm NDT on April 11, 2025. Email conventionscreechin@gmail.com to sign up.
- June 5, 2025, Post Convention Gatherall’s Boat Tour registration and payment required by 12pm NDT on April 11, 2025. Email conventionscreechin@gmail.com to attend.
- Payment for the Companion Program and Gatherall’s Boat Tour can be made to ncjc1970@gmail.com. If you have to create a question and answer to send the e-transfer, use: CATCA54 as the answer.
