Communications Officer – National Office
CATCA is pleased to announce that Israel Mbouyi has joined the National Office staff as our new Communications Officer. Israel has extensive communication and social media marketing experience working in both the private and public sectors. He describes himself as being good at combining art and data while being creative, analytical, and effectively communicating a business, brand, and organization’s vision.
