How do I use the E-Store?

Simply click on a product image to see a full description and an image of all options available
You can choose English logo or French logo, colours available, cut (men’s/women’s) and size
Add the product(s) to your cart by typing in how many of that product you want

When can I order?

The CATCA E-Store will be available online from April 4 – April 15, 2016 for the Spring season.

Order Confirmation

Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation from promo@catca.ca Please keep this email for future reference.

When will I receive my order?

Once the deadline for orders has passed, the CATCA E-store will close and all orders will be processed. Your order will be delivered to your Branch approximately 3 weeks after that. If there are delays, we will email you with more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Right now changes or cancellations are not possible. As the CATCA E-store program builds, we will advise if this changes.

My order is defective/broken

Please email us at promo@catca.ca within 7 days of delivery of your order. We can arrange a replacement or refund. After 7 days, the orders will be considered accepted and without problems.

Prices

  • All prices shown are CATCA cost (no mark-ups)
  • All prices shown include taxes
  • Typically, one (1) or 2 (2) items will be on SALE at a discounted price for members

Billing

Charges will appear on your credit card or debit billing as “CATCA E-STORE”
