La commissaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale a r\u00e9cemment rendu sa d\u00e9cision concernant la demande de NAV\u00a0CANADA de mettre en place de multiples plans d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale. La commissaire a accept\u00e9 la demande d\u2019un plan d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale distinct pour les contr\u00f4leurs a\u00e9riens en vertu de la convention collective de l\u2019ACCTA.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><em>Pourquoi cette d\u00e9cision est-elle importante pour l\u2019ACCTA?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Comme les membres le savent, dans le cadre de la convention collective, l\u2019ACCTA a sign\u00e9 une lettre d\u2019entente concernant le syst\u00e8me de classification.
