The NAV Canada Employee Engagement Survey is now active and will run until April 20, 2018. CATCA encourages you to participate in the survey and let your voice be heard.
The Union uses results of the survey to help identify areas of concern – areas we can work to improve for your benefit.

For more information about the survey, read Peter’s most recent blog post. We can’t emphasize enough how important it is that our members complete this survey. Typically, we have the lowest response rates in the Company which means we are not presenting an accurate picture of our engagement levels. By default, this weakens the accuracy of the overall engagement numbers for NAV Canada. Your union is asking you to complete the survey honestly, giving an accurate picture of our membership engagement. The survey takes only about 10-15 minutes, depending on the amount of comments you leave.
