Who We Are

Guiding the Skies. Together.

Since 1962, the Canadian Air Traffic Control Association has been advocating for the conditions, protections, and programs that allow air traffic controllers to perform at the highest level.  Our team is made up of elected leaders, administrative professionals, and dedicated volunteers from across the country. Together, we work to build fair, progressive working environments and negotiate agreements that strengthen our profession and support members throughout their entire career.

We represent approximately 2,000 air traffic controllers from three Canadian employers. Our elected officials, administrative staff, and dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to protect the rights and well-being of our members.
